Yesterday November 27th, 2012 Tegrity experienced some outages from 4:13PM CST to 7:08PM CST. The outage was caused by an un-foreseen networking outage at tegrity’s data centers. The issue should be resolved and no recordings should’ve been lost. If you require assistance please contact our helpdesk at (956) 665-5327. Thank you.

Blackboard Learn will be going down for maintenance on November 25th from 1AM – 5AM. During this maintenance window we will be applying patches that will fix a few various known bugs. If you have any questions please call us at 956.665.5327 Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

On Sunday, September 30th, 2012 between the hours of 01:00 am to 03:00 am, Blackboard will undergo maintenance. This maintenance is not expected to be service impacting, however we are notifying you just in case you experience any intermittent connectivity for few minutes during this maintenance window.

Blackboard learn has been experiencing intermittent service interruptions throughout the day. All users, students, faculty and staff, may have trouble logging in throughout the day. We are aware of the issue and are working with Blackboard support to correct the problem. We will post another update when we have more information.
